Game & Chat on PS5, PS4, Switch & Discord
The Avantree DG59M works as long as your Console outputs audio through its USB ports, making it a perfect Bluetooth headset for PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Windows, and Mac. If you’d like to use the in-game voice chat features, the USB Adapter will auto-switch the headphones into talk mode smoothly.
Maintains Audio Quality in Chat Mode
Tried a different USB Bluetooth adapter and noticed bad audio quality drop when you have the background music playing while you chat? That won’t be a problem with the DG59M; with Avantree’s special Bluetooth codec, the sound quality will be just as good even when you chat while the in-game music is playing.
Synchronized Visual & Audio
Never worry about audio lag; the built-in Low Latency Bluetooth technology between the Adapter and the Headphone of DG59M gets the audio lag to under 40 ms, much lower than the 200 ms of standard Bluetooth – you won’t even notice it. The in-game visual & audio will always be in-sync no matter what you play.
Also Good for Working-from-Home
Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and more, the DG59M’s detachable microphone is placed close to your mouth so it catches only your voice, nothing else. The detachable mic’s built-in mute switch allows you to mute yourself without having it shown to everyone in the meeting, providing you with the privacy you need.
Extra-Long Battery Life
The battery of the DG59M Bluetooth headphones can run up to 40 hours per full charge (tested at 60% volume). Take them anywhere you like and use them however you want; the battery will last longer than you can. When you do like to recharge the headphones, any micro-USB charger will be able to get them back to full battery level within 1.5 hours.
One Price, Two Products
Both the Bluetooth Headphone and the USB Adapter in the Avantree DG59M set can be used separately. The headphone can be paired to your phone or tablet and used as an independent Bluetooth headphone; the USB Adapter can be paired with any Bluetooth headphone/speaker and transmit audio them wirelessly.
Lighter & More Comfortable
The DG59M headphone only weighs 180g (6oz) – much lighter than other Bluetooth headphones on the market (usually more than 250g / 9oz), which means that there’ll be less pressure on your head. What’s more, the memory foam earpads are replaceable so you’ll always be able to keep them new & comfy!
If you've connected your Headphone to the Adapter, using it for Chat but the other person cannot hear you sometimes, please try the following:
Step 1: Please make sure both devices are physically ready for talking: 1) Switch the Adapter to Talk Mode(For Non-Avantree Headphones) Double-Click the MFB button on your adapter to enter Talk/Chat mode. You may double-click again to switch back once you're done. 2) Make sure that your Avantree Headphone's Boom Mic is Well Plugged and Unmuted. (We suggest to plug in the boom mic before putting on the headphone following the correct direction shown as the first photo below. So that you can make sure the boom mic can be well plugged all the way to the bottom tightly, without metal part out there can be seen)
If the microphone still not work after all the above confirmed, please go to Step2
Step 2: Test the Headphone on your cellphone (with and without the boom mic) The mic should always work on your cellphone if it's not faulty. 1) If it doesn't work, either, please contact our support team for further help (Or contact the Headphone Manufacturer if it is from another brand) 2) If it works with your cellphone, it might be a setting issue, please go to Step 3.
Step 3: Check the Settings (Both the computer and the meeting software sound settings) 1) Set the Computer Mic Input Device to the Avantree Adapter. Go into Sound Settings (Windows) or Sound Preferences (Mac) and make sure that the input device has been set to the Avantree Adapter. 2) Check the App Settings (If you're using Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting etc.) Sometimes you need to adjust the settings again in the app itself. Make sure the input device has been set to the Avantree Adapter. You can also refer to this link: Settings Check on Your Computer

If your AS9S over-ear headphones are Batch T22B1 or after, slide the power switch to the Bluetooth Pairing position and hold it there until the LED flashes RED&BLUE alternately. You should also hear a "Pairing" voice prompt from the headphones.
Power switch on newer batches:

The headphones should show up as "Avantree AS9S".
Once connected, the headphone LED light turns SOLID BLUE. It announce "Connected, Ready for Use."
